This Privacy Policy describes how RWM ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles the information you provide when using our application, which is designed to help Residential/Relevant Welfare Managers (RWM) manage school activities and records. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Please be advised: Data transmitted between the RWM App and our cloud infrastructure is not encrypted in transit. Users acknowledge this when using the App. We recommend avoiding transmission of highly sensitive information unless necessary for official school duties within the App's function.

3. Sharing and Monetization

No Third-Party Sharing

We guarantee that the data you provide to the RWM App, including your authentication credentials and operational records, will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals for marketing or any other purposes. Your data is used exclusively for the operation of the App and the services provided by your school.

No Advertisements

The RWM App contains no advertisements or third-party tracking that would be used for commercial purposes. Our focus is solely on providing a seamless and efficient tool for RWM personnel.

4. Data Access and Deletion

As RWM is an internal administrative tool linked to essential school records, the ability to delete user accounts or associated data is managed at an institutional level.

Users cannot request for their data to be removed or deleted through the App interface itself. All requests for data removal, deletion, or modification must be directed to and processed through the official school administration or IT department, in line with institutional data retention policies.
